TAB, TbT, Chuck Mead, and
more play Stagecoasch!
California's big country
music festival,
Stagecoach, is shaping up to be quite the event.
Oddly enough, sponsored by the television network ABC's
daytime lineup and SOAP magazine, the concert's lineup
is presented by Toyota so you know it's an unstoppable
bill. (chortle). Joining such tablive faves as The Avett
Brothers, Trampled By Turtles, and Chuck Mead are
Keith
Urban,
Merle Haggard,
Bobby Bare,
Brooks & Dunn, a
reunited
Firefall, and Charlene Cash just to name a few.
Holy Ghost Tent Revival
play Blind Tiger Easter!
Easter Sunday 2010.
Blind Tiger,
Greensboro NC. Bring your ass. Nuff said.
The Avett Brothers
heading back the the UK!
TAB will being return to
London, England this June for a Date at
Koko's.
Tickets are already on sale at the venue's
website.
The Avett
Brothers join Gov't Mule at Red Rocks!
Good news came double fold
recently as
Gov't Mule announced their return to
Red
Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison CO for the 2010 Labor Day
Weekend. Joining the mighty Mule will be
The Avett
Brothers for what is being billed as an "extended set."
We'll have to wait and see what that means and many of
us can hardly wait.
The Mantras
confirm for return of Smilefest!
Greebsboro's own up and
coming sons,
The Mantras, are confirmed along with
Keller Williams,
Larry Keel, and a reunion of
Folkswaggin among many others for the return of
Smilefest. After taking a couple of years off (some say
due to the disaster often referred to as "Bustfest")
Smilefest looks poised to take it's place among the many
must-see music and art festivals this year.
Low Anthem to
play Floydfest!
Virginia is for lovers
alright. Lovers of music and
Floydfest is all the proof
you need.
Floydfest has hosted some of the greatest live
sets in recent festival history and the lineup this year
is another winner. I personally hope
The Low Anthem play
every morning just as the sun is rising. Joining them on
the stages this year are
Holy Ghost Tent Revival,
Soulive,
Two Man Gentlemen Band,
The Mantras, and
The Levon Helm band. |
